Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing orders.
- Maintain strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure work environment for all staff.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily performance targets and efficiency goals.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with the on-site management team to report on shift performance, resolve operational issues, and implement improvements.
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are properly maintained, cleaned, and operational throughout the shift.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, prioritizing accuracy and speed during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail management is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
- Valid forklift or material handling equipment certification is a plus.
