Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the store is visually appealing.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Assist with inventory management and unloading deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with company policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
