Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Horizon: Develop and maintain a comprehensive, multi-year strategic roadmap that aligns organizational goals with future market trends and technological advancements.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) and sociopolitical shifts to identify opportunities and threats for 2026.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate complex strategic visions to diverse stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and department heads, ensuring buy-in and clear action items.
- Resource Allocation: Analyze current capabilities and resource gaps to recommend strategic investments necessary to achieve 2026 milestones.
- Scenario Planning: Build and stress-test various future scenarios (Best Case, Worst Case, Base Case) to ensure organizational resilience.

Qualifications
