Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis for Fortune 500 clients
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight into investment decisions and R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership reports and predictive models published in industry journals
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight tools
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and clean energy
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio (TED-style talks a plus)
- Published thought leadership in futures journals or industry white papers
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Delphi method, cross-impact matrices, and causal layered analysis
