Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors with 3-5 year impact
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational capabilities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future scenarios into actionable product development pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Drive cultural transformation by embedding future-thinking principles across all business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven experience developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation, technology, or future trends (portfolio required)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
