Responsibilities

- Develop and communicate strategic foresight frameworks for executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Lead scenario planning workshops and innovation sprints to co-create future-state solutions
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate future insights into development roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and innovation partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and strategic modeling tools
- Experience in tech, sustainability, or healthcare industries preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or Foresight Practitioner)
