Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socioeconomic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech advancements
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive decision-making
- Build and manage an ecosystem of innovation partners across academia and industry
- Present futuristic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complexity to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist research or executed innovation initiatives
