Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop forward-looking strategic roadmaps and innovation frameworks aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to build organizational resilience against future uncertainties
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy and decision-making processes
- Curate and pioneer proprietary research methodologies for trend identification and impact assessment
- Represent the organization at global forums on future-focused topics and thought leadership
- Mentor cross-functional teams in applying strategic foresight to product development and market expansion
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into measurable business outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal transformation drivers
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with tangible impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent preferred
