Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Strategic Innovation Framework, aligning with UN SDGs and market disruption projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum computing applications and AI-driven climate solutions
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Horizon 2030 initiatives for collaborative R&D
- Present quarterly future-state scenarios to the board with data-backed implementation roadmaps
- Oversee the development of ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies in bio-integration and space habitation
- Lead the Future Talent program to cultivate next-generation innovators through mentorship and incubation
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Quantum Computing with 12+ years of strategic leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in scenario planning using Delphi methods and Monte Carlo simulations
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies across 15+ jurisdictions
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Experience securing $50M+ in government grants and private funding for moonshot projects
