Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, market shifts, and emerging innovations to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster culture of future-focused thinking and rapid prototyping
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into product pipelines
- Author thought leadership content including scenario reports, trend briefs, and executive presentations
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Present future scenarios to board members and investors to inform high-stakes strategic decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles with proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing) and market adoption patterns
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights

- Portfolio of published futurist content or strategic frameworks that drove measurable outcomes
