- Produce actionable foresight reports and trend briefings for product and investment teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer future technologies
- Integrate foresight findings into corporate strategy, R&D priorities, and go-to-market plans
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of successfully predicting and capitalizing on market shifts
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impacts
