- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Establish industry partnerships with frontier tech incubators and academic research institutions
- Present strategic foresight briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders with actionable insights
- Mentor a specialized team of futurists and innovation consultants
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation leadership
- Published research on emerging technology societal impact (quantum computing, AGI, climate tech)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence patterns
- Track record of implementing future-ready strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Global network with futurist communities and tech innovation ecosystems
