Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 domains
- Produce actionable roadmaps for emerging market opportunities and disruptive threats
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Present strategic frameworks to executive teams and key stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socio-cultural shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience translating complex futures into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of global sustainability frameworks and SDGs
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF) required
