Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging technology implications and market opportunities
- Produce quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports synthesizing global signals, regulatory shifts, and disruptive innovations
- Design and implement 'Future Resilience' protocols for climate adaptation, workforce evolution, and ethical AI governance
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and innovation hubs
- Mentor the next generation of futurists through our internal 'Horizon Academy' program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or equivalent with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, SWOT analysis, and causal layered analysis
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent professional designation
