In this pivotal position, you'll lead cross-functional teams to develop scenario-based strategic frameworks, advise C-suite executives on disruptive technologies, and publish thought leadership that redefines industry paradigms. Your work will directly influence multi-billion-dollar decisions across technology, sustainability, and human capital domains.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 strategic foresight reports with quantitative/qualitative trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients in tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) with 3-5 year impact projections
- Design and execute horizon scanning frameworks across geopolitical, environmental, and socioeconomic vectors
- Create executive-level presentations translating complex futures into strategic imperatives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related quantitative discipline
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption and market evolution
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar institution)
