Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Develop actionable strategic frameworks for clients navigating 2026 market landscapes
- Produce executive-level foresight reports with data-driven future-state visualizations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Identify emerging technologies and societal shifts with transformative potential
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong command of quantitative/qualitative research techniques
- Experience developing long-term strategies for global enterprises
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
- Certification in foresight methodology (preferred)
