Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and regression suites for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain automated regression scripts using Python, Selenium, and Cypress.
- Identify, document, and track software defects with precision, prioritizing critical path issues.
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve integration issues during the release cycle.
- Perform smoke and integration testing to ensure system integrity before deployment to production.
- Mentor junior QA staff and conduct code reviews for test automation scripts.
- Analyze test results and report on system performance metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing, specifically in an Agile environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
