Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated regression testing scripts over the weekend.
- Analyze test results and identify defects, documenting them clearly in Jira.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to reproduce and fix bugs before Monday morning deployments.
- Validate software updates and ensure system stability during peak release periods.
- Update and maintain test cases to align with new product features.
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups on Friday afternoons.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Must be available to work Friday to Sunday (4-day work week).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
