Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends with 5-10 year impact
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Produce white papers and executive briefings on disruptive innovations and market inflection points
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain proprietary trend databases using AI-powered analytics platforms
- Represent the company at global foresight conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Trend Hunter, Foresight Platform, or Palantir
