Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen digital solutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging tech disruptors and regulatory shifts
- Design strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to post-quantum realities
- Present executive-level strategic briefings to board members and investors
- Mentor junior futurists and establish thought leadership through industry publications
- Oversee partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Strong data analytics and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
