- Partner with C-suite to align future strategies with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and publish annual 'Future State' industry forecasts
- Design and facilitate immersive innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Manage R&D pipeline for moonshot projects with 5-7 year horizons
- Represent company at futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in exponential technologies and disruptive innovation frameworks
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products/services
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFS) preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Published thought leadership on future trends (peer-reviewed journals)
