- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership publications and industry presentations on emerging tech paradigms
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking and risk mitigation protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful commercial products or ventures
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI ethics, bio-integration, spatial web
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) or foresight methodologies (e.g., AC/FS)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and stakeholder management expertise
