As a key member of our Future Intelligence Unit, you'll collaborate with Fortune 500 clients to build robust innovation roadmaps while identifying disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, and climate tech. You'll shape our proprietary Horizon 2026 framework, ensuring our partners lead in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop client-specific innovation strategies using quantitative forecasting and qualitative trend analysis
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across industries
- Author thought leadership reports on future-proofing business models and workforce evolution
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and investment opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising C-suite on strategic transformation and market disruption
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures simply
- Portfolio of published futures research or innovation frameworks
