- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation strategies through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Conduct advanced scenario planning for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present future insights to C-suite executives and board members with compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for emerging tech exploration
- Measure and report on future-readiness metrics across the organization
- Mentor junior strategists in futurism methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurism roles within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies that generated measurable ROI
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
