Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive foresight research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) through 2026-2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption projections
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable initiatives
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of forward-looking technologies
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage an internal futurist network across global offices
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation teams in tech-forward industries
