Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, market trends, and global megatrends to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite leadership and product roadmaps
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with global stakeholders across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Produce high-impact trend reports and visualizations using AI-powered analytics tools
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or tech consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products/business models
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency with AI analytics tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir) and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
