Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to translate complex ideas into visual stories for the 'Vision 2026' project.
- Design and animate vector assets using Adobe Illustrator and After Effects.
- Optimize animation files for performance and cross-device compatibility.
- Review final outputs for pixel-perfect accuracy and brand consistency.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on creative work.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, animation, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Cinema 4D.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, timing, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
