Responsibilities
- Design high-fidelity 2D visual assets, including icons, illustrations, and interface elements, ensuring pixel-perfect execution across all devices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX researchers, and developers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
- Maintain and evolve the company's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Create and manage design systems and component libraries to streamline the workflow for the engineering team.
- Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback to improve usability and aesthetics.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design and brand identity.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively to non-designers.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
