Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, and web platforms.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and developers to ensure technical feasibility and visual fidelity.
- Create storyboards, concept art, and animatics to pre-visualize motion sequences.
- Optimize assets for various screen sizes and performance requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging tools to push creative boundaries.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to the creative team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or graphic design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- A strong, professional portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D animation and storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts.
- Experience with 3D integration (Cinema 4D or Blender) is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
