Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-fidelity 2D motion graphics and animations for web, mobile applications, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate static concepts into dynamic user experiences.
- Develop reusable animation libraries and style guides to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Optimize animation assets for performance and seamless playback across various devices and browsers.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback to achieve the perfect balance of aesthetics and functionality.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in motion design and UI/UX to continuously improve our creative output.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional 2D animation skills.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Cinema 4D.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to apply motion design to enhance usability.
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to tell compelling visual stories through animation.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Principle.
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
