Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for web, mobile, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide for all motion assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate static designs into dynamic user experiences.
- Optimize animation sequences for performance and seamless integration across various devices.
- Present creative concepts and revisions to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, animation, or related fields.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating commercial motion graphics work.
- Deep understanding of timing, spacing, easing, and motion physics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related discipline.
