Responsibilities
- Architect and implement complex 2D interactive graphics and animations using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Optimize rendering performance to ensure smooth 60fps animations on a wide range of devices.
- Collaborate with the design team to translate Figma mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive web implementations.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following modern best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure technical excellence within the team.
- Debug and resolve complex cross-browser compatibility issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Integrate third-party APIs and libraries to enhance the interactivity of our web products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a focus on 2D graphics.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/Sass.
- Deep understanding of the Canvas API and WebGL.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
