Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-fidelity 2D illustrations, icons, and graphics for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and copywriters to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Create and manage design systems, component libraries, and style guides to streamline the development workflow.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback with professionalism and clarity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our creative output.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D graphic design, illustration, or a related creative field.
- Proven portfolio showcasing expertise in vector illustration, icon design, and UI/UX visual design.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is highly preferred.
