In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-fidelity 2D animations, motion graphics, and static visual assets that define our brand identity. You will collaborate closely with our UX team and developers to ensure that creative visions are brought to life with pixel-perfect precision.

Responsibilities
- Visual Design: Create stunning 2D illustrations, icons, and vector assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Motion Graphics: Design and animate engaging 2D motion graphics for web, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Project Leadership: Lead design projects from concept to final delivery, managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX researchers, product managers, and developers to ensure design feasibility.
- Style Guides: Maintain and evolve our design system and style guides to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Client Presentation: Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 2D design and motion graphics.
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of 2D styles and motion work.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on user-centric design solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
