Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage inventory with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist in packing and labeling orders for local and regional delivery.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company operational standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation to the Memphis facility.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse setting.
