Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain organized inventory in temperature-controlled environments
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery deadlines
- Conduct quality checks and documentation for FDA-regulated products
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability for every weekend shift (Sat/Sun 6PM-6AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
