Job Overview:
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to manage critical operational tasks during our night and weekend coverage periods. This role is essential to maintaining our supply chain efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational workflows with precision and adherence to safety protocols during night and weekend shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform accurate stock counts and cycle counts to minimize shrinkage.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update order statuses and track shipments in real-time.
- Ensure the physical security of the facility, including access control and surveillance checks.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams during shift handovers to ensure continuity of operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of freight using standard material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanners.
