- Collaborate with day-shift teams for operational continuity
- Respond to urgent client inquiries with exceptional problem-solving
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations
- Availability for all weekend nights (Fri-Sun) and flexible holidays
- Proficient in inventory management software and basic MS Office
