Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate warehouse operations during overnight and weekend shifts to maintain workflow efficiency
- Perform inventory audits, stock rotations, and quality control checks using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Process inbound/outbound shipments, verify documentation, and update inventory management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate issues
- Maintain accurate shift logs and incident reports using digital reporting tools
- Uphold 5S standards for workplace organization and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification and ability to operate industrial equipment safely
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or RF scanning technology
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in high-pressure environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-peak hours
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
