About the Role
You will be the backbone of our night operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and inventory is managed efficiently. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated and ready to contribute to our success immediately.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to maintain inventory integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of operations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Seattle facility.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts, including weekends.
