Responsibilities
- Execute efficient loading and unloading of freight trucks during evening hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Utilize handheld scanning devices to maintain accurate inventory counts and shipping records.
- Ensure all workstations and aisles remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Stage and sort packages for the next day's delivery routes with strict attention to detail.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends and night shifts consistently.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for 8+ hours.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not required for this position.
