Our night shift schedule runs from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with mandatory weekend availability. You will be part of a fast-paced team ensuring that our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at the start and end of each shift.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to facilitate a seamless handover of operations and inventory status.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners and warehouse technology.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently in a quiet environment.
