Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with 99.9% accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Perform daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels in assigned zones.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, adhering to safety regulations and weight limits.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment issues immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for scanning and labeling.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
