Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and sort packages accurately to meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform cycle counts and ensure stock accuracy in the inventory system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding stock levels and logistics issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
