Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff during the night shift to ensure optimal productivity.
- Conduct safety briefings and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Train and mentor new team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Coordinate with day-shift management to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
- Monitor equipment performance and perform basic maintenance checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
