Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate heavy warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with precision and efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the logistics team to prevent stockouts.
- Generate and maintain detailed digital logs and inventory reports using WMS software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (we provide training for the right candidates).
- Proven track record of reliability and punctuality for night shift work.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management systems.
