Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with proven 2020s tech disruption impact
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or equivalent field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Portfolio of delivered innovations with measurable market impact (2018-2024)
- Certification in AI governance or sustainable technology frameworks preferred
- Experience securing $1M+ budgets for experimental projects
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or emerging technologies
