Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate overnight/weekend team activities to ensure operational efficiency
- Enforce safety protocols and quality standards across all shift operations
- Manage inventory control and equipment maintenance during off-peak hours
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and operational issues in real-time
- Conduct shift handovers with precision and detailed documentation

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
