Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technology trends impacting global markets through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks for technology scouting
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and Board of Directors
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption and deployment
- Curate and maintain a technology ecosystem database for competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of anticipating disruptive technology trends (e.g., quantum AI, biotech convergence)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
