Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks targeting 2026 market landscapes
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across global subsidiaries
- Identify emerging technology convergence points and competitive disruption vectors
- Author annual Future State Reports with quantitative risk/reward analyses
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio for exponential technology incubation
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on joint research initiatives
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Advanced certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., MFIA, CFIP)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
